These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Tuetra, an idle-assets renting platform. By using Tuetra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1) Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.

2) Listings and Rentals

Owners must provide accurate asset details, pricing, and availability.
Renters must use assets responsibly and return them in the agreed condition and time.
Tuetra may remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3) Payments and Fees

Fees (if any) will be displayed before you confirm a transaction.
Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks may be handled under platform rules and provider policies.

4) Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse Tuetra. This includes:

Fraud, scams, impersonation, or misleading listings.
Harassment, threats, or harmful behavior toward others.
Attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization.
Posting illegal or unsafe items, where prohibited by law or platform policy.

5) Safety and Responsibility

Tuetra helps users connect, but users are responsible for their own decisions and actions. Always take reasonable precautions when meeting others and handling rented items.

6) Content and Intellectual Property

You retain rights to content you upload, but you grant Tuetra permission to display it to operate the service.
Tuetra branding, logos, and software are owned by Tuetra (or its licensors).

7) Service Changes and Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do our best to keep Tuetra available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, compromise safety, or harm the platform. You may stop using Tuetra at any time.

9) Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Tuetra is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Tuetra is not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, reputational loss, or disputes between users, except where the law does not allow such limits.
